I am pretty new to my position so I created a survey for the professionals in my department and made some modifications for the students to complete. This helped me gauge where they currently are and to continue building off of that. It had questions about the topic areas they wanted to learn more about, how inclusive the athletic department is for internal and external stakeholders and they're impression on the DE&I work being done in the department.
Did you receive any response on this? I'd love to see what others have done as I'm new in my position and need to conduct one. Thanks!
