SUPPORT FOR THE IMPACT AND BELONGING PROFESSIONALS WITHIN SPORT
There will be a considerable gap between individuals who have experience with the role and those tagged with the designation. How do we help them further develop in this new designation? Increased support will be critical.
WHY WAS DIECE FOUNDED?
When the current impact and belonging professionals within sport took their respective roles, there were only a handful of individuals who had the position, thus a discrepancy between job responsibilities, best practices, and advancement for the role was present. After several months of planning, current impact and belonging professionals within sport thought it was necessary to create a membership organization to provide resources, support and best practices for the individuals tasked with creating strategies around belonging within sport.
